1. I am a first time buyer of your products. How do I start ?
Please use our online order system -
a.) Fill in the Qty.
b.) Click the Product [Order ] button .
c.) To add more products click [Add More Products] button back to step a,
d.) Finally click [Confirm Orders], it will send the order to us and a copy to your email , we will take 24 hours to reply your order after price confirmation.
Or you can pick up the phone and talk to the pharmacist Or fax in your order.

2. How do I look for items ?
Key in the item names eg. (Apetton, Vitamin C, Viagra and etc. - one keyword at a time) at the Find Product and click the [Find] button.

3.Can I order any other item that is not in the list ?
Yes, you can. Any special orders can be enquire by email, fax or phone.

4. Why there are no prices on some of your items ?
Certain items are so common and everybody knows the prices. However, you are free to enquire the prices by phone or by e-mail.

5. If I make a mistake, how do I change the order ?
Just let us know and we will change accordingly.

6.Do you take orders by phone or fax or through e-mail only.
Anyway convenient to you.

7. What is the mode of payment ?
You can send us a cheque along with your orders.
or you can bank-in your payment through Maybank , Bumiputra Commerce or Affin Bank.
These are the three banks we have account with, At present, we maintain an active account with Maybank only. Alternatively if you are living in the vicinity - pay us in advance and we will arrange the delivery, we do not do "Cash on delivery" at present.
International Customers, pay through www.telemoneyworld.com which accepts major credit cards, wire transfer or cheque. Alternatively you can post us a bankdraft.

8. Can you deliver anywhere in Malaysia ?
Yes. We require your orders along with your payment.
The minimum order is RM200.00, the delivery charges will be borne by us provided the weight of the parcel is less than 500gms

9. Are there any delivery charges ?
As mentioned above. for free delivery in Penang, the minimum orders are RM100.00. For outstation order, we will either charge you for the courier service or bear the charges ourselves.

10. Do you deliver personally or by other means ?
By courier service.

11. What is the minimum order ?
For Penang the minimum order is RM100.00. The minimum order for other areas is RM200.00. However, you can vary the order if you are willing to pay for the courier service.

12. How much time do you require to execute the order ?
In Penang, within a day subject to items available in our shop. Otherwise, it is about 2 days.

13. Do I take the delivery personally ?
Yes, If you are not in, someone else may take the delivery.

14. Where exactly are you situated ?
We are situated directly opposite the Pesta Grounds near the traffic lights junction..
You can see BAYAN BAY PHARMACY AND APPETON signboards. Our neighbours are the Car Air Conditioning shop and the Restaurant.
